Hello my Bipolar peeps from Bipolar Land,

Weather: Sunny and a bit of a breeze. Its a nice day.

    Slept like a lazy puppy.

Mood: Im in a fantastic mood. Its about time I was on the up side instead of crabby and pissy. lol.

Plans: Well I had my carpet shampooed, the dude did a great job. My dog didnt know what to think of it though. She was running around the house like she had a wild hair and then she would lay down and start rubbing herself along the carpet. I guess she didnt like the smell and wanted to put her scent back into it. Silly little mutt. Im gonna watch tv while the carpet dries, perhaps take my dog to the park later, tonight play LOTRO with my hubby.

Anything else: Its a beautiful day, inside and out.

Big hugs and muahs to all. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxooxox

    Good Monday my friends!

Weather: A little cool, sun playing peek-a-boo with the clouds.

Sleep: Wonderful!!! On Sunday I only got a short nap after working, and had a beer (OK 2) with dinner, so I was in bed by 10 pm. Since I usually get to bed around 3 am, it is easy to guess I feel much better.

Mood: I'm in hog-heaven! Both of my kids were here for Mother's Day, which was the best present ever!

Plans: My daughter was here from northern Calif and we spent a few hours going over some details for her wedding. We just returned from taking her to the airport. Tonight I have another appt. with the acupuncturist.

Anything else? It is days like this remind me that life can be wonderful.

    Hugs to all,

    bpcookie replied to margaroo's response:
Hey baby cakes, what do you see the acupuncturist for? I saw one for back pain, but it didnt seem to work. Plus I didnt like it when she tapped the pins into my thigh bones. That felt disgusting.

I hope it works for you sugar sugar. muah

    Weather - bipolar

    Sleep - not good

Mood - good during the day, not so good now

Plans - I went to work for almost 7 hrs; got a lot done, since home, had dinner, am making custard, yummy, wrote an email, will try to just rest this evening and hopefully get to bed early

Anything else? - im sore - woke up sore - my eyes hurt, my skin hurts (neurological issue) but see neurologist in a week from today - finally! a bit grumpy this evening because im so sore from head to toe - literally. other than that, everything is just peachy. (sarcasim there?) neva!

have "teenage crush" on my optomotrists assistant lol and am all bent out of shape about that.
    margaroo replied to bpcookie's response:

I see the acupuncturist for my sciatica pain. After the first treatment I was 75% better. I was hobbling before, but there was some pain and numbness for the second week, and now the only time I was am pain was after work.

I get needles from my ankle to waist (and all over the butt) for the sciatica, and the back and neck for my fibromyalgia. The needles don't bother me. The little shocks I get hurt only for a second and during the second session, the shocks were very mild. I am expecting the same for tonight.

It was such a relief to find something to help me. Physical therapy did little for me and my rheumatologist could only give me a stronger pain medication.

    margaroo replied to ddnos's response:

I am so sorry you are having such a tough time. I hope tomorrow is better.

    ddnos replied to margaroo's response:
{{{{{{{{{{{{Maggie}}}}}}}}}}}} thank you....the pain will go, I suppose - that's the way it always goes. comes and goes, comes and goes...periferal neuropothy could be the culprite re nerves - permanant nerve damage from body reaction to going off nardil. that is possibility says the doctor, but nothing definite yet till see neurologist week from today.

tahnk you and i hope you are doing well and not in too much pain..preferably no pain!

    heatherthesharer replied to ddnos's response:
    god be with you
    bpcookie replied to margaroo's response:
aaawwwww You poor honey. Im so glad you found something that helps.

I have pretty much given up trying to find something to help my pain. Ive seen a chiro., massage therapy, I paid $75 for a traction unit for my neck and it only made things worse, two different therapists, acupuncture, epidurals, some kind of injections into my muscles and Im sure Im leaving something out. My pain specialist pretty much gave up on me. I almost cried when he told me there was nothing more he could do for me. So now I just take meds.
    bpcookie replied to ddnos's response:
I hope they can find a solution and help you. Big hugs and muahs
