Have held a subscription to this for three years now. My only complaint is it only comes out 4 times a year. The information is wonderful and covers a wide range of topics from what is happening globally, politically, medically and always full of personal stories with tips and information that is pertinent to us and can be helpful. This is always in an easy to read format so if a family member or friend picks it up it is also a great way for them gain more knowledge regarding bipolar. I saw on the latest issue it can now be ordered on the kindle so perhaps it may even be cheaper.
