The Bipolar Handbook
DoOvers posted:
Great for someone who is newly diagnosed and needs information and resources quickly. Format is nice as the table of contents directs you to specific chapters. You can start at any place you like. Also an excellent resource to educated family and friends. (Note: I do not have this book in my possession any longer so I cannot check or verify this, but I do believe that one chapter listed different agencies etc. and some could be out of date if this were the case since it was published in 2006).
