Bipolar II or BPD?

krystalelaine posted:
I have been diagnosed with Bipolar II , OCD, Stress/Anxiety/Social disorders and am currently taking medication. I have noticed that my moods and depression have become pretty stable. Now I have new things coming up. I am now OVERLY jealous and suspicious, angry at my fiance alot and end up arguing over the littlest thing and being very loud and harsh to him. At the end of it, when I go back to myself, I dont remember anything I just said. I read that BPD has the anger and things that arent really associated with Bipolar. It has gotten so bad that my fiance has left my son and I. We are talking about trying to work things out but before that can happen, I need to know if Im being misdiagnosed or what is going on and what I should do to keep myself healty and my relationship going.

Yes, you could also have borderline personality disorder. Along with that, 10% of people with bipolar also have borderline. It is possible to have both. If you don't have a therapist, then consider that. It can help you learn how to deal with the feelings and could help you mend your relationship.
