my wife is bipolar but she doesnt always take her meds what can i do to help her want to take them everyday

I would think that you can remind her that she needs to take her medication to help manager her condition. Talk to her about how her being bipolar affects you, your family and your relationship. Encourage her to take care of herself and be patient, loving and supportive.

just explain to her that you just have to give them time, at first its rough but once ur adjusted its like eating breakfest every morning
