Don't let this illness bring you down. Always keep you head to the sky because someone is watching you and I. Sometimes this illness can consume your whole life, but don't over think it, have clarity and confidence, don't be ashamed of this, be proud. Be strong.

I agree with what you are saying. The Lord is with me otherwise I wouldn't be here right now. I like to think that I have come to terms with the fact that I am mentally ill, but I have those moments of shame and moments of strength. Unfortunately the moments of disgust out way the moments of strength. I think that if I had a better support system within my family it would help. I have no one. Even my fiance is too lazy to educate himself on this so that he can understand I do not choose this and sometimes have no control over what I do and/or say. And that puts me into a whole other despair of feeling like i'm not good enough. Will I ever feel proud of myself without the approval of others?
