I'm paranoid a lot and only know because of others telling me stuff. and i sh a lot. most i've ever gone without doing it for 17 years is 4.5 mos. i meet all the criteria but i don't even know if this is true because i'm not a doctor. no one at my hmo can give me an answer and I'm furious because i've been waiting for a week to find out and my stupd t because she said well this shouldn't be new to you and writes me this stupid email now i just got off the phone with a supervisor and she wouldn't give me dx and i'm so po'd that i can't stand it . they're doing it on purpose making me wait just to po me! see how much stress they can put on me. handle it fran is what they say. we don't always get the answers to the questions we need right away! WELL IN MY LINE OF BUSINESS I SURE AM ACCOUNTABLE! I'M GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AT MY HMO! I HATE THEM ALL! I WISH I COULD REALLY SAY WHATS ON MY MIND HERE! UGH I JUSTCAN'T TAKE THIS! I'M NOT GOING TO TALK TO THIS WITCH WHEN SHE CALLS ME ON TUES. AND SHE PROBABLY WON'T EVEN CALL. JUST LIKE SHE SAID SHE'D TRY TO CALL PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY AND SHE DIDN'T. MAKES ME SO MAD! I'M NOT A BAD PERSON BUT I AM IN THERE EYES AND I GUESS I MINE TOO BECAUSE I SURE FEEL THAT WAY. I HAVE MY CIGARS TO SH WITH SO OFF I GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Better than calling, can you get to their office first thing Monday morning?
I'm strong willed and I tell it like it is. I make mistakes, I'm sometimes out of control, but I love and give with all my heart. Have patience with me as I heal.

I am sure that they are not doing anything on purpose just to make you mad, insurance companies tend to take as much time as the government. There red tape and policies make things sooo long and tumultuous almost no one can stand it. I can say first hand, that I have had many problems with my insurance when it comes to mental health services. I cant find a psychiatrist, cant get one from the county.... Yadda yada. But I tell you what, a diagnosis doesn't really change anything, you are not your diagnosis. I had to learn this the hard way, trust me. Just because they say you have something on a piece of paper, means nothing in the psych world. Because everything is based on symptoms, primarily. So really a diagnosis, is just for your benefit, and therapeutic benefit, doesn't help many other places besides that. Best of luck.
You cannot love anyone with your whole heart, if you do not first love yourself.

mary i c my cac councelor on monday but my t is out of town till tues and i can only see her every 3 weeks. also godim thanks for trying to make some sense for me and have a rational mind that i don't have right now. kirsta.........thats a beautiful name i've never heard ofit before. its just that my docs physical docs can see this on the chart because that is how kaiser works. i didn't want my primary doc to see it but i suppose she already has and thats prob why she was so mean as she put it to me when i saw her last week. i'm doing my p.t. in the warm water pool even tho i have huge burns all over my upper stomach. i told her i had open wounds and she didn't utter a word. so if i get a staph infection o well.
