I'm sorry you have to work. Have you looked into SS Disability? The money is not quite as if you were working but if you struggle at work, so it's an option to look into. Ask your therapist if they will help you provide the paperwork. It's detailed and your answers need to be detailed, too. You can do it online, not send it, edit it often until you are satisfied.

And of course you can rant here!
