Thank you Dem - I am just sorry it took so long for me to be able to get the right words together. Us BPD'ers have a heck of a tough time but we can get sorted. Sometimes I think it is harder than being, say, bipolar, cause it isn't something that can be controlled through meds. ok so the depression and anxiety can be but the actual BPD only seems to get better through skills training (DBT) and that is hard work! It is worth it though, I have noticed such a huge difference. I still have all the same feelings but I am learning how to make sure they don't rule me.
I am very pleased my post helped. Keep posting please - it will be good to hear how you are doing etc.
oh and thank you for the comment about my pic - feeling rather insecure, hateful of myself and wanted to hide. Might put it back up but not yet.

the stuff for dbt is not avaiable in this staate

could not find what you told me about. its hard for me nice when there is so much garbage to deal with. that why i keep leaving because the people on these boards are my family, i have lost so much already

Thank you dem. I have been busy working for a friend and trying to be strong. so many urges at the moment so struggling a bit.

hey there dem - The sun is shining, the sky is blue and the trees are all wonderful autumnal colours so that makes me smile a bit.
I'm taking some time to recover from the last week. trying very hard not to let the urges take over my brain and body but it's so so hard.

am starting to feel invisible on these boards, understand that everyone has there issues and i understand that so thats why i have have not been writing about me. i dont know if iwil lbe back any more. read the p post that i left fur caprice that will tell you how everything is. ill miss you. just look for the one with her name spelled wrong on the sh board

what iam posting is for caprice too. i called the clinic sent me to and asked them if they did dbt skills they did nit know who did what which for me is not a good thing it justed pushed me away more, on top of every thing else my brother and his crazy witch put everyone through an emotional roller coaster for weeks are back together again for the 6th time you guys are best a bd i will miss you but i dont what is going to happen all are is silence and i am scared to death

really wanted to want to wish you the best ,, you are very best what you do you should do this for a living, this os my lastnight online, i will not be back, the emotional scars scares are so deep that i am starting to take this personally and i dont mean ti.
