    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Do you have Borderline Personality Disorder? This new Exchange has been developed so we can encourage each other, share tips to get through those down days, and/or just vent.

So alone and sad...defeated by BPD, depression..thinking always thinking it would be better on the other side, not of this world. Medications made me into a terrible person and the doctors said no way ever again. Horrible reactions and hospital stays from them and then to get off them was bad. Husband if you call him that..has his own life...we don't even co-mingle. I have no support and am just sick of all this..therapist knows and told her my world is going dark . I don't know how to pull out of this state and no one to talk to.. that's all

sorry you are having a bad time of it atm. Can you talk to your T? I don't know if you have done a DBT course but using some of the mindfullness skills helps me just to get some space from everything. Hope you feeling better today ((((gentle hugs))))

OMG, it's been sad to hear that you are dealing with tough phase. I would say just have a talk with psychiatrist. I am sure everything will be better soon.

    Spotlight: Member Stories

My story would take too long. But I've suffered from severe depression most of my life. I also have epilepsy, but it's under control w/meds.
