    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Do you have Borderline Personality Disorder? This new Exchange has been developed so we can encourage each other, share tips to get through those down days, and/or just vent.

Having Borderline Personality Disorder is ruining my life.
I am constantly unable to get over the teeniest tinniest things people do to irritate me (which I honestly believe is intentional)... And its like... The most lonesome place to be. Because its like your own brain is making you annoyed or dislike the people you know you love... Can anyone relate?
    What do you guys do?
I also have Bipolar Disorder, so its like... I'm doomed to be perceived as a rude person but thats not who I really am.
    Its the worst I swear!!!

    Please help!!!!

I always push everyone away but when they are just absolutely fed up with my stuff I have to real them back in n make them feel like they are in the wrong and make them feel guilty for not being there to support whenever I NEED THEM!!! it's like a compulsion I keep doing it over and over!

If you can try and get some DBT, I found it hugely helpful in learning ways to deal with people as well as controlling my impulses and emotions. You need to stick with it but it is definately worth it.
