Listen to Music when depressed

My tip is for those of you who may get depressed every now and then. When you get depressed, listen to music, but not just any music! Make sure that the music you pick out is something that will cheer you up. For instance, if you're in a depressed mood, listen to some cheerful music. Don't listen to sad music if you are depressed. I have always found that listening to cheerful music only if I am depressed makes me feel better.
