how i feel every second of my day....

shivering
starting to cry
feeling so lonely
wanting to die
and if you tell people
the things that you do
they still don't know all of you
you start to cut
feeling the pain
realizing...
this isn't a game
the pain through your spine
you then start to whine
you wanna die
but you just don't know why
what the point of living life if your going to suffer?

You did nothing wrong, although part of the problem we have is feeling we can't do anything right. I often talk and sometimes sing to myself. I also clean. This is one of my best distractions.

Welcome to the Borderline Community. Your post is very accurate about feelings. I know I can honestly relate to it!

I have to fight the urge of suicide all the time. I tell myself that I have no reason to live, when actually I do. I am blessed with a family who loves me. I have to constantly remind myself of them and the effect my death would have on everyone.

Do you have family who would miss you? Or best friends?

Can you list the positives in your life? Sometimes that is very helpful to me because I tend to see only the negative things of my life.

I hope you will post again. This community is sometimes busy but the normal is that it tends to be slow of any activity. I check it daily.

I'm strong willed and I tell it like it is.I make mistakes,I'm sometimes out of control but I love and give with all my heart.If you can't accept me at my worst then you don't deserve me at my best.

how old re u wat board sys do u relate to. how long hv u felt like this. what would u like to do to change the situation. discover yourself see your abuser behide bars. i know your pain many of us feel it. I cut my self because i feel I seserve it I cant do anythings wright in my parentts eyes i cant do anything wrighht but u hv to talk we cant help unless u let it out did smthing trigger this give us smthing discriptive.
