Hi Ladies,
I am starting a new thread for Michelle as her PET scan is coming up and we need to give her all the support we can. I was afraid she was getting lost in the old thread as it was getting so long.

Also Jenna is coming up next month for 6 month check-ups. Always a very stressful time when these appts roll around.

Best of luck ladies. Our prayers are with you.

We will have "Pinkie" all decorated and rarin' to go. What kind of drinks you all what?? I am sure Michelle will have some new ones from her trip to Paris.

Hugs All
Jan

Yes, both ladies will be in our thoughts.

And the drinks on Pinkie will be ice cold...Today Michigan is 100 degrees and heat index is 110!!

Blessings.

Will be thinking of both ladies not only as they go for their appointments - but also as they wait for the results.
Much good luck and good wishes to both Michelle and Jenna!

Thanks, Jan! I'm thinking mimosas with some Prosecco or red Sangria - perfect summertime cocktails. And I can't enjoy red wine straight up - it's a little too acidy for my throat right now. And too much carbonation is also a problem, so Sangria is a perfect solution!

But now when I think about Paris, it's all about the pink champagne!

Thanks ladies.
My oncologist appointment is next Friday 7/27. I hate waiting for the blood test results, but like I tell everyone else, got to keep busy and think only good thoughts!

Sangria works for me with lots of fresh fruit in it but I love a good strawberry daiquiri too! I am in, whatever is being served as long as you all are aboard. (and of course the waiters are super shirtless handsome guys)!!! LOL

Rachael, our temps in Boston aren't too far behind you - we are high 90's with super high humidity but it is supposed to get cooler later this week. I am NOT complaining because I would rather this than winter for sure!

enjoy your day ladies and thanks!

Jenna - I'm with you about the weather. My attitude is you either complain about summer or you complain about winter, but you cannot complain about both! I'll take heat and humidity over snow and ice any day!

Ah, bring on the cabana boys!!! I'm sure we can "squeeze" them onboard )

Hugs,
Michelle
