Oncologist visit results - PHEW!!!

Hello my friends,
I had my 6 month visit to the Oncologist last week and all looks good with the blood work. Don't see her again until February. She said that my liver function, tumor markers, etc. all looked wonderful. She is very pleased with how I am doing.
Research still suggests staying on the Arimidex for a total of 5 years. (I had 2/12 on Tamoxifen) so I have 2 more years on Arimidex. Whatever it takes. I do as I am told and pray!!!!
For now, I am going to breathe - I did stop for a giant bouquet of flowers on my way home from work - mostly sunflowers which are so gorgeous and happy this time of the year!

I also love sunflowers this time of year they are so pretty and they come in a lot of different colors here at the farmers markets. Yes the sunflowers here come in yellows, oranges, and different shades or burgandy. They look so pretty put around the house with all the differnt colors and boy do they brighten your day just looking at them. I wish I could think of a way to send some real ones to you because you would love them. If I had your e mail I could take a pic next time I get some and send you a big pic of them. Even better take a pic of all of them at the farmers market oh that would be so pretty and send that to you !!!! I would like that picture and make it into a nice big one and hang it in the house for all year round now I just gave my self a great idea for next time I go to the farmers market ummm !!! I love taking pictures of things can you tell lol.lol.

I am going to ask around as to why we never see the colored sunflowers. Surprised even in a bouquet I have never seen them! It will be fun to check them out if you are able to capture a pic.

I never knew they came in differnt colors either till I seen them at the farmers market a few years back. You can find the seeds to grow them also in some seed books and I seen them at Wal Mart a few times here that is. I don't know if you would see them in Boston since you have never seen them at your market or any place else there. I will do my best to get some picture when I see him at the market next plus I am going to get some and try to dry them so I will have them for a center peice this fall. I have never tried to dry them before so it will be a first we shall see how they do I hope good because I love the colors and the flower and would to have them longer.
As soon as I can get some good pictures I will send them to you he isn't at every market only when he has a good supply of flowers for sale.
