I'm sorry to hear of your diagnosis, but you do have a good prognosis.
As far as your other needs, may I suggest the following:
1. Call the hospital human resource department and ask to speak to a social worker who should be able to direct you to some agencies who can help you.
2. Check online, or with the hospitalto see if there is a Gilda's Club in your area and call them.
3. Same thing for a group called Cancer Care - they also have chapters all over the states.
4. The American Cancer Society also provides rides to and from chemo and they alao could help you.
The very best thing for you is to work through your local hospital's human resource department.
Good luck and please know that we are here for you!

Sorry you have to join us. We'll do our best to help you out. There is a service called "Cleaning for a Reason" that might be able to help you.

You might also contact the local Komen foundation or the local breast health center of your hospital. MD Anderson's website might have some resources listed, too.

I hope you get some help, this is not a journey that one wants to undertake alone.

Hugs,
Michelle
