O.K. so why do I just get a little red "X" and no pic in this spot.

HELP!!! Anyone???

I have tried everything I can think of including copy and paste. When I select copy I have to hit "select All" or nothing happens. Then too much is copied. then I hit paste and all I get is a red X. I have no clue.

Hi Jan!

It is difficult to get photos to post here but we are very aware and hope it becomes easier in the future. My guess is that you don't have the right type of file. Right click on the photo and choose "Properties". Then look under the "general" tab. There should be a box with the code ending in .JPG, .JPEG, or .GIF.

Type of File
The preferred image formats are .JPG, .JPEG, or .GIF files.

Uploading
Click the My Account link in the global header in the upper-right corner of your page, select "Change" next to "Picture" on the My Account page, and then browse your computer for the photo or image you want to display as your Profile Photo. Only one Profile Photo will be stored at a time. Any updated Profile Photo will overwrite the prior one.

Why Will My Image Not Upload?
The file size may be too large.
The image format may not be supported by WebMD.

Still have problems let me know and I'll reach out to my team to figure it out!

Thanks Haylen, I will try all you suggest when I return from the Dr's. I have spent hours trying to get my pics on here. Now I get a 50-something error when trying to put my link on here. So confusing.

Hummmm if stupid Facebook can do it I do not see why WebMD should be so difficult. LOL LOL

I can't see the close up of basket photo!

I upload photos using a Photobucket account . It's the only way I've been able to do it quick and easy.

Speaking of photos, below are my kids with promotional swag on from the movie The Pirates! Band of Misfits Which I recommend : )

When I posted your pics (which I hope more than I have been able to see them???!! Have you folks???), I simply right clicked on the pics you sent via email to copy, and then did the same right click in the post box for paste....If you've not tried this, give it a shot! Good luck with the pics as well as the doctor visit!!

I will try Photobucket and see if that works for me. I am sure it is the photo program I am not using correctly. So Weird. I did not have this problem on my old computer but I do not remember what photo program I had. You know out of sight OUT of mind???
