Confused about birthcontrol and meds
lillypoo123 posted:
I hate to sound stupid by I have a question about birth control. I am currently in menopause thanks to Lupron injections every 3 months and Arimidex. My question is... do I need to be concerned with using any type of birth control at this point? can I get pregnant? I havent had a period for at least 6 to 7 months, any info, thoughts would be great!

There is a possibility that you can get pregnant while taking Lupron. Therefore you should be using some type of birth control.
It is recommended that you do not get pregnant while taking Lupron as it can possible cause births defects.
I would still recommend that you check this out with your doctor.
Good luck,
