hi girls, well I had my surgery on Monday and was back home less than 24 hrs later...surgery was not terrible...seeing myself for the first time not easy...but as said by many brave women, I will not be defined by my breasts!

Expanders in place, not terrible sleep in bed, propped on pillows....drains are doing well total of 3 hope to have them out in few days. All and all, I am doing really well. i will need chemo waiting for final path report on Thursday....my love and hugs to all! Barbara P.s. felt pinky and passengers were with me! thanks
This is the day the lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!

Barbara Hello, Hope all is getting better and your healing well. Glad to hear the surgery went well and you were back home among your own things that seams to always make me feel so much better right away.
The drains should be out by now and you should be feeling sooo much better without them I know I did. They bothered me much more then anything else. Please know that I am sending all my best wishes and loads of angel hugs Roberta,
P.S. Take care and make sure to get rest so you heal well it takes time.
Roberta
