When taken in balance, natural supplements can support short- and long-term memory. Many people suffer daily from panic attacks. Having panic attacks can cause people to avoid interaction with others. It also may interfere with your job, marriage and family life as a whole. These attacks may be brought on by various events, such as too much stress, the death of a loved one or financial issues. People with panic attacks also often develop other issues, such as agoraphobia, meaning you're often afraid to leave the home because of fears relating to being outdoors, in crowds or places where you can't get away from quickly.
