12 Year Survivor of Breast Cancer Now Dealing With Brain Mets

I am a 12 year breast cancer/11 year bone mets survivor that has resently been dx with brain mets. I've undergone a surgial removal of a 4cm tumor in the back of my head and gammaknife of a tumor in the left temple area of my head...where do I go from here...going to Duke for a MRI of my brian and they seem to want radation to the surgical site but I am not in favor of whole head radation at this time...I'm 53 years old and doing pretty good otherwise!
