Losing weight is done by increasing exercise through cardio and weight training and changing your diet.
Try eating 6 small meals during the day that have protein, fiber and fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods and "white" foods like bread, pasta, potatoes and sugar. Sugar found naturally in fruits is OK.
And of course portion size is very important - and do not skip breakfast!
No soda -even diet soda, water should be your drink of choice.
I use Stevia since it is a natural sugar substitute and does not contain any chemicals.
Glad you are finished with treatment and looking forward to planning your wedding. Good luck to you and let us know how you are doing.

Hi,
Judy is right. Diet and exercise.I gained weight too. I have
recently cut out those sugarymid morning snacks. That is
300 calories right there. I am getting into an exercise routine.
Try to do something you like. I like to bycicle so I have
a statioary one at home. Or try a health club that works
for some people. Just don't crash diet thats not good for your
body. I eat fruit now when I want something sweet.
Holidays.. well you have to have a little fun! That
pumpkin pie was great. I just didn't eat the whole pie!
Good luck to you and congrats on your wedding!
