Attention Stage IIIc Survivors!
Antiques4Me posted:
I'm wondering how many Stage IIIc survivors are out there? How long has it been for you? Will you share your story? I'm always hearing about the other stages, but not about this one in particular. Thank you.

I was a stage 3c until about 3 weeks ago. My lobular cancer returned to my abdomen after double mastectomy, chemo and radiation. as well as the anti estrogen drug. I am 66 years old and still very optimistic about new treatments and drugs. I hope this is not too much of a downer for you.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 BC that has spread to my stomach and bones in 11/14. It is lobular,Estrogen positive and HER2 negative. I am on Arimidex daily and monthly XGeva and Falsodex. I never had BC before this. I am an ALL leukemia survivor and had a stem cell transplant in 2008. I am looking to talk with other BC patients that have mets to the stomach. I live in Tallahassee,Fl. and went to Moffitt cancer center in Tampa for a second opinion. I am going to the Living Beyond Breast Cancer conference in Philly in April and have so much to learn.
