    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Thank you so much for the kind thoughts and prayers. I'm home now and "resting none too comfortably". But I'll manage. I'm having spasms in my back muscles more than actual pain. But I have some good chemicals so I'll manage. I really thought this was going to be "keyhole" surgery, but NO, I have a 4 -5" incision right in the small of my back.

Thanks again! And I'll write soon.

    Dawn,

Thanks for taking the time to let us know...I've been wondering how you were doing and hoping it went well. Sorry to hear you are uncomfortable (aka PAIN!)... Ah! Better living through chemistry!

And being surprised with a larger incision than expected isn't fun!

Be very kind to your self, rest lots...As my DH told me post surgery: "Remember! You've been stabbed!!!"

Know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

    Blessings.
