You are very welcome !! And don't forget about the cold wet cloths or even light ice packs. Cool brings comfort. Stay out of the sun and heat. Tempid showers. I slept with open front pj's and let in the cool air also. I stayed in lite wt t-shirts during the day. Stayed away from anything that rubbed and absolutely stay away from bras. Friction of any kind made the itch worse.
Hope this helps too. I still remember that AWFUL itch and I have total compassion for you.
Stay with me here and we will get you thru this. And remember, this itch will pass and will stop.
