    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I would not use any sort of supplement while breastfeeding, even if it is only just a couple times of day. no supplement for weight loss has been proven safe for breastfeeding mothers so why take a chance.

Instead look at decreasing your calories and increasing your activity - even if it's just taking a 15-30 minute walk around the neighborhood with the bub in the stroller.

    Dear Alex,
Good luck with your weight loss.
My response is : Please do not let your kiddo anywhere near ephedrine - its what they make speed/meth out of. This is why it jump starts your weight loss.

I have taken it in the past -- so I am not biased against it without personal knowledge. If it makes you jittery and loose weight, imagine what it would do to your baby? Please wait until the baby is not breastfeeding.
