My wife had a Csec and she's breastfeeding. She's feeling the pain around her wound area. I'd like to know if Kirkland Acetaminophen 500mg (QuickRelease) is safe for her and the baby to take for her pain. Her obgyn gave her Tylenol for the pain. Currently, we're in Thailand and Tylenol is quite scarce.

This is from a while ago but yes. Aceteminophen and Tylenol are one in the same really. One is a "trade" name (tylenol) and acetaminophen is the generic name. I used it after my c-section. Congrats
