Pumping breast milk

I am 35 weeks and I am leaking milk is it safe to start pumping now so that I can build up a storage of milk so that when I have to go back to work my baby has milk that is not formula?

You can start pumping whenever you want, but remember the more you pump the more you'll produce. You may want to check with your OBGYN first, because they may not want you to do that because you could just be leaking colostrum, not milk.
