I was diagnosed 4 years ago with Refractory Anemia. I constanly have blood transfusions and have too much iron now. I am on a medication to get rid of the iron but I am having horrible bone and joint pain. I asked at the Cancer Clinic this morning if there was anything they could suggest for this. I didn't get an answer. Does anyone know of anything I could take or ask the doctor about?
