My father has a mass on his pancreas and I have been trying to find numbers dictating what the percentage is of masses found being non cancerous. I have found nothing but cancer related information, and I am not ignorant to the fact that it could be cancer, I just like to read about all sides of the issue. If anyone knows, even if it's bleak, please let me know.

Pancreatic islet cell tumors can be noncancerous or cancerous.
