Neck pain w/alcohol, Swollen lymph nodes near intestines and pelvic area

I have had neck pain w/alcohol (same description as the symptom of Hodgkin's).. random, goes away even if I continue to drink, etc.

Swollen liver & spleen (blood test showed nothing)

CT Scan indicated smaller swollen lymph nodes in intestinal area and 1 larger lymph node near the pelvic area

Next step is PET scan, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what it means to have swollen lymph nodes in both areas. Could it be normal?

The radiologist recommended a biopsy of the one near my pelvis but doc says its risky due to location.
