I have 2 dark spots on my lower lip. They have been there for years and have never bothered me and are not painful. Recently, one of them seems to have raised up a bit. Again, not painful just noticeable when I run my tongue over my lower lip. Do I wait to see if it subsides or do I see a doctor? What type of doctor? Could it be skin cancer?
