my mother is a stroke victim, she is very aggressive with me, has anyone else had this experience? she hits, pinches, kicks, pulls my hair. my father and i are the primary caregivers.

Yes, that can be the case-but please bring it up with her doctors. There are things that can be done to help. Don't let aggressive behavior continue-it may escalate and you or your father could get seriously injured. Or she could.
