So far, I have let my mother make her appointments herself. I hate the phone and would really rather avoid it. I give her a calendar that has when I am absolutely not available to take her...but things come up at work or with kids and I am not available.

How do you go about setting appointments if you are a caregiver with a full time job and family? What works for you?
