Lately, i feel like i'm getting panic attacks, where i lose my vision, hearing, my legs and arms will get numb, and my body gets really hot. Are panic attacks normal with celiac? or is this something else?

That sounds like a serious condition that needs to be diagnosed and treated by a doctor. It could be something else beside celiac. It might also be that celiac causes such mal-alsorption of food that you have magnesium deficiency which can lead to panic attacks. But panic attacks is not a typical symptom of celiac disease .

This is much more serious than Celiac disease. Doctors should do a MRI scan of the brain to check for possibility of tumors. The earlier that a proper diagnosis is made, the better.
