Hello Everyone,

so I am attempting to seek some further information. Here, is the overview of my health situation, at moment.

Jan 2012: Test results showed low b12 (147ng). Doctor did not recognize it suffered depression, anxiety, insomnia, pains, fatigue; cramps; numbness; tingling, migraines, ear pressure, head pressure, temple pain.

July 2012: Nuerologist sees low-b12 and tells me to take sublingual b-12 (1,000mcg). Do so with slight improvement.

Aug 2012: See family doctor and b-12 shots are administered (1,000mg cyncobalamin). All seems to work successfully for all other symptoms but see feeling neck pain; soreness left temple; slight fatigue; afternoon lethargy; and sporadic light constant pain and numbness near left eyebrown to cheekbone. No other nuerological symptoms compared to from Jan-July.

October 2012: Will take sublingual b-12 methly-cobalamin (1,000mcg-5000mcg daily) in addition to b-12 injection (1,000mcg) once-to-twice per week.

This where I have the question, is it simply b-12 (I do not have anemia) or is it low D, my high calcium, and Celiac diesease, as well?

Test Results Sept/Oct 2012:

Vitamin D: 32
Calcium (serum): 10.7 and in October 9.7
Positive Celiac Disease

1. Should I be taking a vitamin D supplement, as well?
2. Should I get my parathyroid check? Do symptoms point to hyperparathyroid?
3. How should I handle my Celiac and the deficiencies?

More information:
age: 28/female
prior active, non-smoker, non-drinker, was vegetarian for 7-years and did not eat dairy besides goat milk.
Diagnosis of Celiac Fall 2011
Never on any medications. Currently not on any medications. Did take Nexium for 2-years sporadically for GERD.
No other health issues.

Attempting to figure out the remaining symptoms: left temple pain; letharg (afternoon especially); facial pain slight mostly by top of eyebrows to cheeckbone; slight facial numbness/tingling/sensitivity.

Any assistance would be so very appreciated! Cheers
