It's come to my attention that I need to increase my fiber intake. Ive seen a lot about whole grains, as well as fruits and vegetables. So how does a Celiac obtain these on a GF diet? I fired my GI doctor so until I find a new one, does anyone have any advice? (Aside from buckwheat, I know it's a gf whole grain but I hate it
