My neighbor has only 20% of kidney after a fall in January. Wondering if he would benefit from a Gluten Free diet?

Unless your neighbor has gluten sensitivity or intolerance I do not believe following a gluten-free diet would be of any benefit.

Grandmother, I'm curious...............what line of thought or experience led you to ask your question?

After over 20 yrs of problems was diag. w/Celiac Disease in Jan/2011. With all my 'stuff' & trying to help him just wondered if it would benefit his health as well as his kidneys if he engaged in a healthier diet. He is on low sodium & was told he has leveled out to 20% usage of his kidneys so he will have to be very diligent with his intake.
