Bleeding after endoscopy

JoshDB posted:
I have celiac disease that has been resistant to gluten free treatement.

I had an endoscopy a few days ago to evaluate current damage, and now four days later I have a little blood in my stool. There's been a small amount of abdominal pain since the procedure but no noticed bleeding before this. The GI is not very concerned, but if there's anything this disease teaches you, it's to not just trust your doctor.

Any second opinions from knowledge people (preferably a doctor or someone who has had the same complication)?
