Hi
I am 40 years male, 166 lb, 5'6 and have been diagnosed with hight cholesterol as per my doctor It is 7.39 and he said it is very high and might have to go on medication. My family also have high cholesterol which mean it is genetic but I think it is the diet that they have since they consume a lot fatty food. I decided to really watch my diet and exercise . I am in my 2nd week of jogging every day for 1 hour and trying to eat just vegetable and chicken breast to see if that helps and use minor Olive Oil , coconut oil for cooking and walnuts and almond to bring my good fat up . So I was wondering if there is any thing else that I can reduce my cholesterol.
