Lowering Cholesterol without drugs
DJQuilter posted:
My Cholesterol has always been high. At my last check up, my
Triglycerides were 435. I have tried so many of the cholesterol drugs,
but always get bad side effects from them. My doctor prescribed
niacin in high doses this last time and I got bad side effects from that
also. I came to the conclusion that I had to try and lower my
cholesterol on my own with diet and exercise. Hopefully, I will be
successful. Your post was very helpful. Any more suggestions would
be greatly appreciated.
