So I have had high cholesterol for about ten years I'm 39 now they say it's genetic I did t believe it. So over the years i goto the doctor and get it checked ever 6months without any medication my total is 267 with medication ( Crestor) it is 145 to 177 depending on the time of day or if the p,antes align IDK why it's just what it is. I have tried to the dismay of my doctor lol supplements red rice yeast ,saw palmetto you name it I have tried it nothing has ever brought it under 240 sad but what you going do I'm resided to the the fact that I just have to take it or risk something worse so there's my bit on supplements.
