My blood test came high on cholesterol. What is the best way to lower your cholesterol?

The basics are to lose weight if needed. Increase exercise levels.

And a good diet. Mainly less saturated fats, but lost of mono & poly unsaturated fats. And reduced carbs. SPECIALLY refined carbs such as sugar, white flour, white rice and things that contain them.
