Cholesterol lowering foods

What are some other foods besides oatmeal that assist in lowering cholesterol?

It is not so much foods that lower cholesterol as to a heart healthy lifestyle.

Limit saturated fats.
Lean protein, fatty fish, low fat dairy.
Healthy fats such as fish oil, nuts, olive oil, and avocados.
Lots and lots of fruits and veggies.
Limit refined carbs such as while flour products and foods with sugar added.

And regular exercise.
