My cholesterol is governed by the amount of active thyroid hormone in my blood. Its regulated with Armour thyroid hormone replacement therapy. The more thyroid hormone, the less cholesterol in my blood.

But you know me Haylen. I don't view serum LDL cholesterol levels as having anything to do with developing heart disease.

I love cholesterol, and I even bought a bumper sticker that says that. It will be interesting to see how people react since all of us have been programmed over the last 5 decades to view cholesterol as a villain.

No bumper sticker but great reading, finally some vindication for statin safety and effectiveness. Maybe there should be an "I Love Statin bumper sticker";

Yes, vindication from industry driven media articles.

I fully expect we will see more media articles touting how "Effective statins are against heart disease" and how "Safe" they are. That is a normal part of sales and marketing.

But, if we look back in history, statins made zero impact on the decline rate of heart disease in America.

I love Cholesterol because... Cholesterol makes better lovers.
