RECENTLY I HAVE CHECKUP MY BLOOD FOR CHOLESTROL LEVEL.IN BLOOD TEST BED CHOLESTROL FOUND 144 & GOOD CHOLESTROL FOUND 47 PLEASE GIVE ME TIP FOR REDUCING BED CHOLESTROL & INCRISING GOOD CHOLESTOL.MY AGE IS 54 YEAR ,HIGHT-5.8' & WEIGHT-78.5 KG

Did you ask your doctor for a plan you can follow regarding diet and exercise? I would start there.

Your Bad cholesterol (LDL) should be between 70-100 and the good (HDL) more than 40.
I started using a good fish oil and the HDL went up 12 points, LDL down 5 and triglycerides 13 points.
Also eating an apple or pear a day will lower your total cholesterol, increase the good one and lower the bad one.

goodhealthminded, thanks for the tip of an apple a day good for cholesterol. My hdl is fine, my other numbers are up by 10-30 pts. each.
Concerned about plaque buildup. Losing weight, improving nutrition.
