Weird symptoms, sore throat,bumps on back

In having some very weird symptoms and am getting very frustrated. For about 8 minths now I have had a site throat. Went from side to side for months and now mostly on the right. Been one three courses of antibiotics, and it would go away while on them but a few days after would come back.

Doctors say chronic tonsillitis.

Have had little white bumps all over my back Drs don't have an idea what these are.

Every time my gf and I have sex she begins to bleed a day or two later, even though on the pill. Sometimes has period for 10+ days.

I have been tested for HIV , chlamydia, gohnorea, syphalis. And all is negative.

Any ideas ?
