I cannot get warm!

It has been below zero outside for 2 weeks now and even though I keep temps indoors around 75 degrees, I cannot warm up! It's like my body knows just how damn cold it is out side no matter what I do inside. I constantly have goosebumps and just feel cold! NOT cold to the touch,my skin feels plenty warm, but I just feel uncomfortably chilled all the time and I dont get why. I have an electric heater blaring on my legs at work, and I cranked up the thermostat to 75, but the air around me still just feels cold to me! I just dont understand why I can't feel warm. and sometimes, when I put on layers of clothes to warm up, I eventually start getting sweaty, but I STILL feel cold and do NOT want to take any clothing off, I just dont get this?!
