Dropping Drug Prices

Lisa Zamowsky has some good news: "The high cost of many common drugs is about to get cheaper.

"Some of the top-selling prescription medications will lose their patent protection during the next few years, meaning generic versions will be allowed to enter the market and compete for your business." Some of the drugs that will Go Generic in 2011/2012 are Lipitor, Concerta, Protonix, Lexapro, Viagra and more!

Follow the link to find out the full story and learn what medications you may soon be able to afford, or may have to pay less for.

Are any of your medications becoming generics soon? How much will it save you?

Nothing, in fact thanks to Tricare's new prescription policy I'll be paying more.

Reking99, welcome!

How very disappointing to hear the prices will be going up for you. I don't know if any of these Prescription Tips would be helpful, but take a look and see.

I know I have one prescription I pay for out-of-pocket from a discount chain because it's less expensive to do it that way than go through my insurance.

Thanks for sharing your story,
