Lisa Zamowsky of the Health Insurance Navigator blog has some good news about Tools that will Help Consumers . "In an effort to help people make informed health care decisions, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has launched some new web-based tools that will put more information about the quality of care delivered by health plans, hospitals, nursing homes, doctors and a host of other health care providers, into consumers' hands."

Whether you need them for yourself or to help you make decisions for a loved one, these tools will help you compare and look at options.
